Context of the project
The main hydraulic and high pressure stations in the foundry use rexroth a10vs0140 constant high pressure axial piston pumps. During production rexroth a10vso140 often produces abnormal noise, works unstable, slowly, and the turning of the executive element of the cylinder cold bed occurs slowly. When the load increases, it is difficult to raise the pressure in the system, which causes a number of problems and failures, seriously affecting the production process and the quality of procurements.
The main reason
The maximum peak pressure of the rexroth a10vso140 pump is 35 mpa and the nominal pressure is 28 mpa, which is less than the maximum pressure required for the operating components (37.72 mpa). This means that the pump works long term at maximum pressure, which significantly reduces the life.
Decision of the board
Upgrade and replacement with hzpv180 pump from haozheng, maximum pressure 42 mpa, working pressure 35 mpa, meets the requirements of the system. Comparing the size drawings shows that the changes are small and do not affect the space for installation and maintenance.
